Cherah Doe is the proud 1st Runner-Up of Miss Inter-University Liberia 2025, representing STARZ University with distinction and purpose. A rising star both on and off the stage, Cherah is a student entrepreneur, beauty professional, and passionate advocate for youth empowerment.

With a strong academic foundation at STARZ University, Cherah balances her studies with her growing business — Beauty Boulevard — a full-service beauty hub offering braids, lashes, manicures, and home service treatments. Her brand reflects her personal values of confidence, creativity, and excellence, making her a role model for young women pursuing entrepreneurship in Liberia.

As 1st Runner-Up, Cherah was awarded a generous scholarship and ambassadorial opportunities to continue her work in both education and business. Her calm demeanor, dedication, and leadership spirit exemplify the core mission of MIUL: to inspire and uplift young women to dream bigger and lead boldly.
