Prince grew up as an advocate for children’s rights and served as 1st Deputy Speaker for the Liberia National Children’s Representative Forum, where he helped craft the national children’s manifesto to protect the rights and welfare of thousands of children across Liberia. He is a Global Changemaker (formerly British Council Global Changemaker), a Lift Liberia Scholar, and recently graduated with high honors from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, USA. A staunch supporter of STEAM education and public health, he is the co-founder of two nonprofit organizations promoting science education and interdisciplinary research among high school and college students. Prince has three years of scientific research experience, including roles at the Institut Pasteur in Paris as a Global Health Intern and at the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia as a Student Research Assistant. He currently works as a Clinical Research Assistant in vivo gene therapy) at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, within the Department of Cellular and Molecular Therapeutics. He is also a Periclean Scholar and manages a three-year project grant in Buchanan, Liberia, aimed at providing digital literacy and art skills to high school students. Prince is a published writer and spoken word poet.
