Suma Garmai Massaley is a Liberian public policy professional and gender equality advocate with over seven years of experience leading strategic initiatives across nonprofit, public, and multilateral sectors. A graduate of the University of Oxford’s Master of Public Policy program, she has occupied strategic communications roles with the World Bank Group, the Gbowee Peace Foundation Africa, and South Atlantic Capital Group, driving programs that promote women’s leadership, economic inclusion, and education access.
Currently, Suma serves as corporate secretary at South Atlantic Capital Group. As Project Director of the Miss Inter-University Beauty Pageant, a national platform empowering young women with leadership and professional skills beyond the stage, her work continues to motivate Liberians to pursue excellence.
