Emmanuel K. Flomoku is a dedicated Software Engineer and the current ICT Lead for Miss Inter-University Liberia (MIUL). A graduate of UNILAK, Kigali, he brings a strong blend of technical expertise and creative talent to the MIUL team.

His skill set spans IT support, software development, website management, graphic design, and digital branding. In the previous edition of MIUL, Emmanuel served as the official graphic designer, where he played a key role in shaping the visual identity and promotional content for the event.

With a proven track record in managing IT infrastructure, resolving technical issues, and delivering innovative digital solutions, Emmanuel is committed to elevating the digital presence and technical operations of MIUL through a professional, problem-solving, and audience-focused approach.
