On January 24, 2026, we officially kick-started our Research Focus Training for the queens, marking the beginning of a continuous and intentional capacity-building process designed to prepare them for the research segment of the Miss Inter-University Liberia competition. The session was carefully structured to strengthen the queens’ understanding of research methodologies, critical and analytical thinking, basic computer skills, and effective presentation techniques, all of which are core components and key pillars of the MIUL pageant.

This training reflects our commitment to academic excellence and intellectual development, ensuring that each queen is well prepared to engage in meaningful research, confidently present ideas, and utilize digital tools essential for modern academic and leadership spaces. Beyond technical knowledge, the session also encouraged collaboration, discipline, and confidence as the queens continue their journey toward personal and professional growth.

As a pageant deeply rooted in intellect, leadership, and impact, Miss Inter-University Liberia remains intentional about equipping its queens with the knowledge, skills, and academic confidence required to represent their respective institutions with excellence and integrity. This initiative is not a one-time activity but part of our ongoing daily engagements aimed at sharpening their abilities, expanding their perspectives, and nurturing well-rounded, research-driven leaders who can positively influence their campuses and communities.

At MIUL, we go beyond the crown, we build minds, purpose, and lasting impact.
